Coming from a family that spent most of its holidays snowboarding, or wakeboarding on local lakes, Lucca first rode a surfboard on a wake behind a speedboat. No longer restricted by a pulley and using the power of the wave instead of machinery, Lucca vowed to become a surfer, combining the sensation of powder snowboarding and the rush of acceleration a wave picks you up.
