ENTER THE BARN

Once you enter the “barn” you are transported to what is known as Gear Heaven. Thousands of skis, snowboards, boots, bindings, and a full selection of Stand Up Paddleboard equipment including tons of Boards, Paddles, and accessories. The Gear Warehouse features two floors jam-packed with new, used, and certified pre-owned gear from all the major brands including NSP and many others.

Vermont Ski and Sport has seen much evolution over the 35 years since their first windsurfer sale as the “New England Sailboard Company”. The proverbial fourth child of Jamaica, resident Jonathan Bischof, Vermont Ski and Sport remains “single owner” and the shop is “family-run”.

Jamie and Jonathan Bischof have a passion for the outdoors, and a full-blown addiction to awesome gear has them consistently on the hunt for the latest and greatest in innovation and equipment. They know their stuff because they live the lifestyle. Whether it be the quest for 100 days on snow in a season, or travelling the eastern seaboard to compete in Stand Up Paddleboard races, they’ve been there, they’ve tried the gear, and to this day these guys still have to come to terms with their equipment-dependency issues every day of the week.
