UPDATE: WE HAVE A WINNER!

CONGRATULATIONS JULIAN EVERETT

Thanks to everyone who contributed to our “A Surfboards Life” contest!

When we decided to ask people to tell the stories of their boards it was always going to be interwoven with the story of themselves. Boards that have travelled, been lost and found, passed on to new owners, taught multiple family members to surf and ended up in places you may not even imagine people actually surf.

Boards don’t move themselves however, and as a board company we’re stoked to think that by making durable surfboards that they’d be able to survive long enough to survive those journeys with their first, second or third owners!

With that said, we’d like to announce Julian Everett, from the UK as the winner of 2 brand new NSP Surfboards. His story about using surfing as motivation to overcome cancer and now to share a re-focused life with his children in the water moved us massively.

“I had my own health struggles some time ago and oddly enough Billy Kempers documentary focussed me as well.”~ Chris Chamberlin, NSP Brand Manager

So Julian, thanks for being so open and honest with us and using NSP boards to create a new life and we hope to see you and your sons in the water sometime soon. So happy to see you all continuing your journey on our boards.

‌The NSP team.

A SURFBOARDS LIFE

Every surfboard has a story! As we look back on the past 20+ years, we’re filled with gratitude and thanks to all who continue to embrace our early model surf and sup boards. Your loyalty has shown that our technologies can stand the test of time and everyday use.

Many of you have requested we bring back the Mini Tuttle Fin Adapters so you can continue riding these boards, and guess what – we heard you! To celebrate the re-release of our fin adapter sets, we’ve launched the “A Surfboard’s Life” contest – exclusively for you to share your boards’s incredible journey –  and to offer a chance to win 2 NSP Surfboards.

Whether you’ve been with us 20 years, 10 years or just getting to know NSP, we want to hear from all of you – we look forward to sharing everyone’s board life story and the person who submits the best “A Surfboard’s Life” video, combined with the most engagement on social media, will be crowned the winner.

All the details are below, but to better understand what we’re looking for in your video – check out Alex Campbell talking about his NSP Surf Betty, or scroll to the bottom of the page to watch additional entries.

ALEX’S SURF BETTY STORY

FCS FIN ADAPTERS

Recently we have been reminded that despite not having installed the mini tuttle fins into a NSP board for over a decade, the demand for these fins has resurfaced, indicating the enduring popularity of our heritage models. Riders continue to cherish our boards, a true testament to the trust and satisfaction they have in the durability and performance of our products. In response to the demand, we are re-releasing a limited supply of FCS adapter sets and thought it would be fun to hear directly from those who have requested we bring them back. And what better way then to share their board’s stories. You can order the adapter sets directly through your local distributor.

EPOXY TECHNOLOGY THAT REVOLUTIONIZED THE SURFING INDUSTRY

At NSP, our foundation rests on a solid reputation for crafting high-value, long-lasting products. This all started when we introduced epoxy technology to our surfboards 22 years ago. We had a dream to create boards that would last a long time, didn’t break your bank and that performed really well. Through your testimonials and visual evidence of enduring performance, we proudly stand apart from other brands, boasting a unique and rich legacy of product durability and sustainability -it doesn’t get any more sustainable than a surfboard lasting over 20 years. Take that landfills!
