Kiratika “Best” Rattanopas was born in Chanthaburi, Thailand.

Best committed to surfing back in 2014 during a two-week trip to Bali. Going through a life-changing experience on the Island of the Gods, Best returned to Thailand and felt the hunger for surf.

Morphing into full beach-bum mode, Best pretty much spent all her free time on the beach, whether alone or woth friends, come rain or shine and regardless of the swell.

Dedication usually pays off and in 2015 Best upped the ante with close surfing friends of hers, getting together every week for surf, skate, SUP and skimboard sessions, creating a community of boardsport enthusiasts in the process.

Chanthaburi Surf Tribe, Surfaholic Thailand and “Happy Surf Thailand” are all projects Best is involved in when she is not surfing. With ever-increasing awareness of surfing in the Kingdom, these groups are constantly growing and definitely worth a follow and a like if you are a surfer in Thailand.
