“I’m a surfer from the Southwest of England, currently living in Cornwall. I started surfing when I was 12 years old, and started competing when I was 14. I stopped competing when I was 18 due to lower back pain and later found out I had a pars defect in my lower back which took me out of the water completely for 2 years. Fast forward to now and after a lot of physio and surgery later and finally I’m pain-free and back to doing what I love!”
