At NSP, we hand-pick and test all of our materials to understand the full scope of their durability, flexibility, strength and eco-friendly characteristics. This extensive testing all serves to provide you with the very best performing product, every time you get out on the water.
Our goal is to produce affordable, lightweight, versatile, durable and great-performing surf, SUP and foil boards at a competitive price point. Working together, with our manufacturer since 2001, we created an epoxy technology that would go on to revolutionize the industry and quite possibly recreational surfing.

SURF
NSP’s HDT surfboard construction is a marvel of modern technology, utilising an innovative vacuum epoxy lamination process. The HDT layups have moulded foam cores to ensure precision.
The result is an epoxy outer shell that’s not only incredibly strong but also remarkably lightweight, ensuring effortless manoeuvrability on the waves. Click here for an overview of all HDT shapes available by NSP.
The EVO-Tech models have been meticulously designed to combine performance and durability. The foam cores of the EVO-Tech softboards are crafted from a purpose-moulded, fully fused SecureCell EPS, ensuring lightweight performance with excellent buoyancy and added durability.
The vacuum-bagged foam outer layer ensures a precise and durable bond between the core and the outer skin, maintaining the board’s integrity along with also offering a wax-free, thermo-moulded EVA skin.
The top and bottom layers are reinforced with fiberglass, adding to the board’s structural strength. Each Longboard EVO-Tech surfboard is finished with hand-shaped rails, providing precise control through turns and enhanced performance in the water. And unlike the Hybrid- and Funboard EVO-Tech, the Longboard EVO-Tech includes two internal fiberglass T-stringers for additional rigidity and strength.

Amazingly light, yet strong, high-end eco-friendly performance boards featuring natural Flax rails. Recognized and awarded at the Paddle Expo as “Product of the Year”. Combining Flax rails with a renewable and eco-friendly resource like coconut husk fibers is a great step towards a more eco-friendly product, and we continue to push the envelope with sustainable materials, sourced from responsible supply chains, and made by board builders with improved manufacturing processes.
Back in 2019, NSP introduced uni-directional (UD) Flax fiber rails to its (already) eco-friendly CocoMat series. Flax is a highly durable and naturally reinforced fiber that allows a board construction with significantly less fiberglass, which reduces our overall carbon footprint.

NSP’s Nature Flex technology is NSP’s latest eco-friendly line in surfboard construction. Building on the overwhelming response to the CSE range designed by Carl Schaper, NSP R&D created an eco-centered alternative for the Shapers Union Pro-9, Butter Knife, and The Cheater.
Nature Flex lay-ups consist of a strong, SecureCell EPS core, which benefits the environment by minimizing foam cut-offs and foam dust waste. The core is reinforced with a 6mm bamboo wood stringer and wrapped in a strong, durable and warp-resistant Paulownia wood skin.
The result is a state-of-the-art surfboard shape, with an eco-friendly footprint and a classic design.

A step up from our SL technology, the FS technology is featured on our Cruiser and Cruiser Windsurf options, with the following features:
• Integrated windsurf mount to attach your windsurf sail (sail not included) (Cruiser Windsurf).

D-Tech stands for “styrene-acrylonitrile”, an extremely tough plastic hull that is reinforced with a rail band. The inner construction uses an eco-friendly SecureCell EPS core that is fully wrapped in fiberglass.
